稳心颗粒联合可达龙治疗对急性冠脉综合征校正的QT间期离散度及快速型心律失常的影响

目的：观察稳心颗粒联合可达龙对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者校正QT离散度（QTcd）及室性快速型心律失常的影响。方法：163例ACS病人随机分为两组,两组均按指南给予可达龙＋标准化治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒,疗程10d,观察两组ACS病人治疗前后QTcd的变化以及室性快速型心律失常的发生率。结果：两组ACS病人治疗后QTcd均有减少,而稳心颗粒组更为明显,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,稳心颗粒组快速型心律失常的发生率减少更为明显（P〈0.05）。结论：稳心颗粒联合可达龙可以明显降低ACS病人的QTcd,减少快速型心律失常的发生率。

Effect of Wenxinkeli Combined with Cordarone on QT Corrected Dispersion and Ventricular Arrhythmia in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective： To observe the effect of Wenxinkeli combined with cordarone on QT corrected dispersion（QTcd） and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Method：163 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups：group A with routine treatment and Cordarone,group B added Wenxinkeli.The two groups were treated for 10 days.The QTcd of two groups were measured before and after treatment.The arrhythmia was recorded by 24 hour electrocardiogram monitors.The group before treatment was compared with that after treatment.Result：The QTcd of two groups was decreased after treatment,especially in group B.There＇s significant between the patients before and after Wenxinkeli treatment for 4 weeks（P〈0.05）.Incidence of arrhythmia was obviously reduced in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Wenxinkeli combined with cordarone treatment effectively,which can reduce the QTcd which can cut down the incidence of arrhythmia in ACS patients.
