PDCA循环在护士技能培训中的应用与效果分析

目的:探讨PDCA循环程序对护士技能操作培训的效果。方法:将PDCA循环程序应用到护士技能培训的过程中,使计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段不断循环往复,螺旋式上升,使护士在完成一个培训考核周期后其技能水平得到完善和提高。结果:将2001年7月~2005年12月护士技能考核成绩进行统计,结果显示,护士考核优秀率逐年提高,不合格率逐年下降。结论:应用PDCA循环程序对护士进行技能操作培训,提高了护士业务技术素质。

Effect analysis and application of PDCA circulation in training of the nurse''''s technical ability

Objective: probe into the effect of using PDCA cir culatin in training of the nurse's technical ability. Methods: The PDCA circu lating procedure was applied in the process of the nurse's technical ability tra ining to make four stages-Plan,Do,Check and Action-circulate continuously and ri se spirally,make nurse complete a training examination circle get progress in it s technical ability level.Results: Summing up nurse's technical ability examinat ion performance which was obtained from 2001 to 2005,the statistical result show ed that the excellent rate increased and the unqualified rate descended year aft er year.Conclusions:Using PDCA could improve professional ability for nurse.
