原发性肝癌患者异常舌下络脉形成机理研究

目的]较系统地了解原发性肝癌患者的舌下络脉变化特征，并从血管形态学和血流动力学角度探讨其形成的机理。方法]使用多谱勒彩超对其舌深动静脉及肝门脉系血流动力学指标进行检测，并从舌局部微循环、舌体局部血管和门脉系血管形态学和血流动力学的角度探讨肝癌异常舌下络脉的形成机理。结果]对80例肝癌患者异常舌下络脉与舌深部血管及血流动力学分析显示，其宽度和分级主要与舌深动脉的阻力指数及博动指数变化相关；异常舌下络脉与门静脉系血管及血流动力学分析显示，络脉宽度异常与门静脉和脾静脉内径异常有关，分级程度也与门静脉、脾静脉内径异常有关。结论]原发性肝癌与异常舌下络脉具有相关性。

Study on The Mechanism and Its Formation of Sublingual Varix in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer
