| 摘 要： | 目的总结循证护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的作用。方法对79例进行腹腔镜胆囊摘除术的患者进行访视，提出急待解决的护理问题，查阅有关腹腔镜手术、胆囊摘除术的进展及并发症的预防、干预措施的文献，寻找循证支持，结合本院实际条件，综合制定护理措施并组织实施。结果所用患者手术进展顺利，术后并发症与对照组相比有所降低（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理能有效地促进腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the application of the evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 79 patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were observed in our hospital. We analyzed the problems which were needed to be solved during chnic practice, and search for the optimal nursing intervention and then practiced. Results 79 patients had less complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy than that in contral. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing offers the dependable scientific evidence in clinic and improves the operative care level of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
