竹叶化学成分研究Ⅰ

摘    要:目的:对竹叶进行化学成分研究。方法:Sephadex LH-20和反相制备型高效液相分离化合物,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从竹叶中分离得到6个化合物,经鉴定为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(vanillinⅠ),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(syringic aldehydeⅡ),对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehydeⅢ),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(vanillic acidⅣ),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(syringic acidⅤ),4-羟基-3-甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid,ethyl esterⅥ)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens. METHOD: Column chromatography on sephadex LH-20 as well as preparative HPLC and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents. RESULT: Six compounds were isolated from leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens, and identified as vanillin (I), syringic aldehyde (II), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (III), vanillic acid (IV), syringic acid (V), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid, ethyl ester (VI). CONCLUSION: All above the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
