青光眼睫状体炎综合征的随诊及其分型

本文报告50例门诊患青光眼睫状体炎综合征的病人,随诊1～24年,40例有典型临床表现,4例在发展过程中出现青光眼视乳头凹陷和/或视野缺损,5例合并原发性开角型及1例急性闭角型青光眼。故建议将此综合征分为典型型、发展型及混合型三型。

A Follow-up Study of Posner-Schlossman''''s Syndrome and Its Classification

In the present study, 50 cases were followed up for 1 to 24 years, 40 cases appeared to have typical features as Posner-Schlossman early described. In the developed course, glaucomatous cupping of the disc and/or visual field defect occured in 4 cases. The other 5 cases were complicated with clinical appearence of primary open-angle glaucoma in varied signs, and one case in later stage developed into acute congestive angle closure glaucoma. Therefore, we suggest that three types chara-terized for glaucomatocyclitic crisis could be established in studying the nature of the disease and in the specific treatment of it.
