超重与血液流变学关系的研究

摘    要:以社区人群为研究对象,探讨了部分超重者的血液流变学特征。单因素分析显示,超重组的全血粘度(高切及低切)、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及血红蛋白含量显著高于正常体重组(P<0.05),通过多元协方差分析调整血脂及血压等混杂变量后,体重与血液流变学之间的正相关关系不再具有显著性(P>0.05)。提示:超重者出现的“高粘滞综合征”可能与其所伴有的脂类代谢异常及血压升高有关,所以控制体重、降低血脂与血压对预防心血管疾病的发生有重要意义。

Abstract:The subjects in this study were screened from a factory workers and didn't have the cerebral, cardiovascular, renal, hepatic and other organic diseases. Single variable analysis indicate that whole blood viscosity (both at high shear rate and low shear rate), plasma viscosity, hematocrit and hemoglobin of the overweight group were significant higher than that of the normal weight group. (P<0.05) . Multiple covariance analysis were used to eliminate the effect of some confounding factors such as serum lipid and blood pressure and the results were that the differences of those hemorrheological parameters between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). The conclusion is that the overweight might have "hyperviscosity syndromes", but that were in part caused by abnormal lipid metabolism and increased blood pressure. So it is important to decrease the levels of serum lipid and blood pressure in the prevention of cerebral and cardiovas cular diseases.
