用Excel电子表格制作临床化学质控图

目的　探讨用 Excel电子表格制作质控图的方法 ,开发利用计算机资源 ,提高检验工作效率和质控图制作质量。方法　利用 Microsoft Excel电子表格的数据库和函数计算功能 ,在活动单元格中输入质控数据 ,各种质控参数和计算公式 ,自动计算平均值 (x)、标准差 (s)和变异系数(CV% )。利用制作图表功能 ,设计制作质控图。结果　每天在数据表中输入质控测定结果 ,计算机自动计算、绘图 ,并对非随机因素引起的失控现象可及时发现予以纠正。当月完成后即可打印保存。结论　用计算机记录质控结果和制作质控图省时省力 ,不易出错

Making the quality control diagram of clinical chemistry made by Excel electronics form

ObjectiveTo study the methods to make the quality co nt rol diagram by Excel electronics form to exploit computer resources and improve work efficiency and the quality of the control diagram.MethodsUsing of the database and function calculation of Microsoft Excel electronics form by inputing the database and parameters of the quality control and the com puting formulas in movable unit space to calculate automatically the mean value( ),the standard deviation (SD) and variation coefficient(CV%) . Using of the function of making the diagram to design and make the quality control di agram.ResultsAfter making blank data form and empty quality co ntrol diagram, the computer would calculate and make diagram automatically only by inputting measurement results of the quality control and it would discover a nd rectify instantaneously and automatically if there was the phenomenon of lose control resulting from the non-random factors . While being completed this mo nth,they may be printed and reserved.ConclusionIt is not only saving time and energy but also not easily making mistakes that we record the re sult and diagram of the quality control by computer.
