| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巩膜瓣可拆除缝线小梁切除术在减少术后浅前房发生中的作用。方法 对施行该术式的130例(184只眼)青光眼患者进行术后眼压测量、前房深度观察。结果 本组病例术后发生浅前房12只眼,浅前房的发生率仅为6.52％,明显少于传统小梁切除术。结论 巩膜瓣可拆除缝线小梁切除术可以减少术后浅前房的发生。

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the effect of trabeculectomy with releasable sutures and postoperative cares. Method 130(184 eyes) glaucoma patients were treated with trabeculectomy with releasable sutures. Postoperative, we observed IOP and anterior chamber deep once a day in two weeks. Result The rate of shaltow anterior chamber is only 6.52% . Conclusion Trabeculectomy with releasable sutures is useful to reduce the rate of shallow anterior chamber afteroperative. |
