慢性胰腺炎的外科治疗

目的 总结慢性胰腺炎的外科手术治疗。方法 回顾性分析1983年5月-1999年8月收治的189例慢性胰腺炎病例资料。结果 本组中135例接受了外科手术治疗，占71.4%，包括胰十二指肠切除术15例，胰体尾切除术12例，假性囊肿内引流术26例，胰管空肠吻合术16例，单纯解除胆系梗阻手术59例，剖腹探查胰腺组织活检术7例，术后98.5%的患者主诉疼痛明显减轻。并发症发生率为1.5%。结论 慢性胰腺炎的手术时机和手术方式的选择应受到重视，它对于改善患者的生活质量和控制疾病发展非常重要。

Surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis

Objective To summarize the experience of the surgical treatment for chronic pancreatitis.Methods 189 patients with chronic pancreatitis admitted from May 1983 to Aug.1999 were reviewed.Results 135(71 4%) patients received surgical treatment including pancreatoduodenectomy (15 cases), distal pancreatectomy (12 cases), internal drainage of a pancreatic pseudocyst (26 cases), side to side pancreaticojejunostomy (16 cases), biliary stenosis relief (59 cases), pancreas biopsy (7 cases). Pain was relieved in 98 5% of all patients, and the complication rate was 1 5%.Conclusions The timing and modality of surgery are important for improving the quality of life and modifying the natural history in patients of chronic pancreatitis.
