| 摘 要： | 目的探讨万古霉素联合头孢他啶前房冲洗及玻璃体腔注射治疗白内障术后早期感染性眼内炎的临床效果。方法对我科发生的6例白内障超声乳化术后早期急性眼内炎，急诊行万古霉素联合头孢他啶前房冲洗及玻璃体腔注射。观察其疗效。结果6例眼内炎患者治疗后炎症控制，视力提高，无明显并发症，无1眼摘除眼球。结论早期万古霉素联合头孢他啶前房冲洗及玻璃体腔注射对于治疗白内障术后早期急性眼内炎非常有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of ceftazidime and Vancomycin combined anterior chamber wash and intravitreal injection treatment of early infection after cataract surgery endophthalmitis. Methods The subjects occurred in 6 cases of early acute cataract surgery endophthalmitis, emergency Vancomycin combined with Ceftazidime anterior chamber wash and intravitreal injection. Observe the effect. Results 6 cases of endophthalmitis after treatment improved visual acuity, no complications, no one removal of the eye. Conclusion Vancomycin combined with leftazidime anterior chamber wash and intravitreal ceftazidime injection for the treatment of acute postoperative cataract endophthalmitis is very effective. |
