| Abstract: | How to treat patients with clomiphene-resistent polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a troublesome problem, which has puzzled the gynecologists and obstetricians for a long time. The laparoscopic ovarian drilling provides a safe and effective surgical approach for refractory PCOS because of its good curative effect and less complications. The ovarian drilling under laparoscopy is increasingly and widely concerned. |
