老年手术患者术前心理干预的效果分析

目的分析老年手术患者术前进行心理干预后的效果。方法将80例老年手术住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组行一对一的术前心理干预,对照组行常规心理护理,比较两组患者进入手术室后麻醉准备时间、围手术期并发症发生率、住院时间。结果观察组进入手术室后麻醉准备的时间(14.4±9.1)min明显低于对照组(23.2±12.4)min;围手术期并发症总的发生率,观察组为6例(15%),与对照组14例(35%)比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),平均住院时间观察组为9.4d,显著低于对照组22.4d(P<0.01)。结论心理干预在老年手术患者围手术期是非常必要的,能有效的降低围手术期并发症的发生率,减少麻醉准备时间以及平均住院时间,有利于患者的更好、更快的康复。

Effect Analysis of Preoperative Psychological Intervention on Elderly surgical Patients

Objective Analysis the effect of elderly surgical patients using psychological intervention Preoperative. Conclusion Psychological intervention in the perioperative period in elderly patients is necessary, which can effectively reduce the incidenceof perioperative complication rate, anesthesia preparation time and reduce the average length of stay, help the patients better and faster recovery.
