| 摘 要： | 在我国，由于社会对成本控制、优化资源配置要求越来越高，门诊手术也正处于快速增长期。该文从门诊手术麻醉的定义、麻醉前准备、麻醉方法与药物选择、麻醉恢复期处理与离院标准、麻醉风险与并发症的防治等方面介绍门诊手术麻醉的进展。

| Abstract: | In our country, with the increasingly high requirements of controlling costs, optimizing the allocation of resources, the ambulatory surgery is in a period of rapid growth. This paper introduces progress of ambulatory anesthesia from the definition of outpatient anesthesia, preparation of anesthesia, drug selection, managements of postanesthesia, discharge standards and the risks and complications of anesthesia. |
