心理护理干预配合笑气吸入分娩的临床效果观察

目的探讨心理干预配合笑气吸入对分娩产妇镇痛效果、产妇心理和笑气使用量的影响。方法选择住院产妇189例，经个人及家属同意给予心理护理干预配合笑气吸入的95例产妇为观察组；给予常规产程观察要求笑气镇痛分娩94例产妇为对照组，观察两组产妇分娩时焦虑程度、吸笑气时间、镇痛效果等情况。结果两组产妇分娩时产妇的焦虑程度、镇痛效果、吸入笑气时间等比较有统计学显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理干预配合笑气吸入能减轻产妇的焦虑程度，增强了笑气镇痛效果，减少笑气吸入时间，提高产科护理质量。

The observation on clinic effect of mental nursing intervention with nitrous oxide aspiration on childbirth

Objective To study the influence of mental nursing intervention with nitrous oxide aspiration on parturient women, including the analgesic effect, the changing mental situation of parturient women and amount of nitrous oxide. Methods One hundred and eighty-nine hospitalized paiturient were chosen as research objects. Under permitting of the parties and their famihes, 95 parturient women who adopted mental nursing intervention with nitrous oxide aspiration during their childbirth as the observation group, the other who followed the routine with nitrous oxide aspirtion for analgesia as compare group. During delivery, the two groups were watched in anxiety, taking of nitrous oxide aspiration and the analgesic effect ect. Results There were significant difference in anxiety, the analgesic effect, taking time of nitrous oxide aspirtion between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Introducing mental nursing intervention with nitrous oxide aspirtion in childbirth can reduce anxiety, strengthen the analgesic effect, reduce the taking time of taking nitrous oxide aspirtion and heighten nursing quality.
