| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者生活质量的影响。方法采用癌症患者生活质量核心量表（EORTC QLQ-C30）对29例膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者生活质量进行调查,针对原因进行护理干预。结果进行护理干预后,患者的生活质量评分显著提高。结论护理干预可以明显提高膀胱肿瘤手术后泌尿造口患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interference to patients of bladder cancer with urinary stoma. Methods We evaluated the life quality of 29 bladder cancer patients with urinary stoma based on life core scale（EORTC QLQ-C30） and carried out nursing interference according to patients＇ situation and etiology. Results The life quality grade was obviously improve after nursing interference. Conclusions The nursing interference can obviously improve life quality of bladder cancer patients with urinary stoma. |
