腹股沟前哨淋巴结活检在阴茎癌治疗中的价值

目的探讨腹股沟前哨淋巴结活检在阴茎癌手术治疗及二期髂腹股沟淋巴结清扫的意义。方法对阴茎癌患者在手术切除原发病灶的同时，行双侧腹股沟淋巴结活检，以确定其性质。结果46例阴茎癌患者中，高分化鳞癌25例，中分化鳞癌18例，低分化鳞癌3例。其中42例行前哨淋巴结活检，20例活检阳性，二期行髂腹股沟淋巴结清扫术；另22例阴性，其中淋巴结炎症及反应性增生者16例，密切观察随访。结论对阴茎癌患者手术切除原发病灶，同时作双侧腹股沟前哨淋巴结活检，对确定其有无转移及进一步对活检阳性者行髂腹股沟淋巴结清扫术具有重要的价值。

Value of sentinel lymph node biopsy in therapy of carcinoma of penis

Objective To study the value of inguinal sentinel lymph node biopsy in the surgical treatment of carcinoma of the penis and the second phase ilioinguinal lymphadenectomy. Methods Bilateral inguinal lymph node biopsy was performed on the patients with penile cancer patients during surgical resection of primary lesions,treat positive with the second phase ilioinguinal lymphadenecto- my. Results According to the pathological results of the 46 cases of penile cancer patients,25 cases were well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma,and 18 cases were differentiated squamous cell car- cinoma,3 cases poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. 42 cases were treated with sentinel lymph node biopsy：20 cases with positive biopsy were then treated with the second phase ilioinguinal lymphadenectomy;In 22 cases with the negative, 16 cases were reactive hyperplasia of lymph node, and were carefully followed up. Conclusions Bilateral inguinal lymph node biopsy has significant value to the treatment of penile carcinoma.
