| 摘 要： | 通过对典型病例的分析,从乳腺增生与冲任失调及冲任与肝、肾的关系2方面探讨了冲任失调是乳腺增生的主要病因病机,治疗上以调摄冲任为主要大法,临床上以蔡氏妇科育肾调周法为主进行治疗可取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the typical cases analysis, from the relation of hyperplasia and disorder of Chong and Ren, and the relation of Chong and Ren channel and liver and kidney, the article explains that the imbalance of Chong and Ren channel is major pathogenesis and mechanism of cystic byperplasia of breast. Regulating Chong Channel and Ren Channel is the basic method of treatmcnt. The Cai＇s method can achieve satisfactory effects. |
