临床护士睡前拖延行为的现状及影响因素研究

目的:调查临床护士睡前拖延行为的现状,并分析其影响因素,为今后的临床干预提供参考。方法:对247名临床护士采用一般资料调查表、上床拖延量表进行问卷调查。结果:临床护士睡前拖延得分为(27.44±3.29)分。影响因素分析显示,科室、年龄、工作年限、文化程度、职称、有无子女及睡眠时长7个因素对临床护士的睡前拖延行为有影响(P<0.05)。结论:科室、年龄、工作年限、文化程度、职称、有无子女及睡眠时长等均为临床护士睡前拖延行为的影响因素,应从上述各方面入手,针对性地改善临床护士的睡前拖延行为。

Study on the status quo and influencing factors of bedtime procrastination behaviors in clinical nurses

Objective:To investigate the status quo of clinical nurses′bedtime procrastination behaviors and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for clinical intervention in the future.Methods:A total of 247 clinical nurses were investigated by general information questionnaire and Bedtime Procrastination Scale.Results:The clinical nurses′bedtime procrastination score was(27.44±3.29).The analysis of influencing factors showed that 7 factors including department,age,working years,education level,professional title,with or without children and length of sleeping had influence on clinical nurses′bedtime procrastination behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusions:Department,age,working years,education level,professional title,with or without children and length of sleeping were the influencing factors of clinical nurses′bedtime procrastination behaviors,so we should improve the clinical nurses′bedtime procrastination behaviors from the above aspects.
