基于CiteSpace对慢性肾脏病护理领域相关文献的可视化分析

目的:使用文献计量学的方法定量分析近10年中慢性肾脏病护理领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展方向,为今后完善慢性肾脏病护理学科发展提供借鉴。方法:以Web of Science核心数据库为数据源,以TS=(chronic kidney disease OR peritoneal dialysis OR hemodialysis OR kidney transplant)AND WOS类别NURSING为检索式,时间设定为2009年—2019年。借助CiteSpace可视化分析软件对慢性肾脏病护理领域相关文献的年度发展趋势、国家/机构分布、作者分布及关键词分布进行分析。结果:纳入1117篇文章,年度发文以上升趋势为主,最高产的国家与机构是美国和圣保罗大学,发文量最高的作者是Bonner A,研究者间尚未形成紧密的科研团队,科研机构形式以大学院校为主。归纳当前研究热点为慢性肾脏病症状管理研究、自我管理研究及终末期肾脏病姑息照顾研究。结论:当前慢性肾脏病护理研究处于快速发展阶段,研究结果可为研究人员今后开展相关课题提供新的角度、潜在的合作者及合作机构信息,为完善慢性肾脏病护理服务体系提供参考依据。

Visual analysis of relevant literature in the field of chronic kidney disease care based on CiteSpace

Objective:By using the method of bibliometrics,the research status,research hotspots and development direction in the field of chronic kidney disease nursing in recent 10 years were analyzed quantitatively,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the development of chronic kidney disease nursing in the future.CiteSpace visualization analysis software was used to analyze the annual development trend,the distribution of countries/institutions,the distribution of authors and the distribution of keywords in related literatures in the field of chronic kidney disease nursing.Methods:Taking the Web of Science core database as the data source,TS=(chronic kidney disease OR peritoneal nutrition OR hemodialysis OR kidney transplant)AND WOS were used as the type of NURSING.The 2009-2019 was set for time frame.The annual trends,country/institutional distribution,author distribution and keyword distribution of relevant literature in the field of chronic kidney disease care were analyzed by using Cite Space visual analysis software.Results:A total of 1117 articles were included,and the annual publications were mainly on the rise.The most productive countries and institutions were the United States and the University of Sao Paulo,and the author with the highest number of published papers was Bonner A.Researchers had not yet formed a close research team,and the form of research institutions was mainly universities.The current research hotspots included symptom management of chronic renal disease,self-management and palliative care of end-stage renal disease.Conclusions:At present,the research on chronic kidney disease nursing was in the rapid development stage.The results of this study can provide new perspectives,potential collaborators and cooperative institutions for researchers to carry out related topics in the future,and provide reference for improving the chronic kidney disease nursing service system.
