植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量影响因素的路径分析

目的:探讨自我效能感和心理弹性对植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量的影响,分析生活质量的影响路径。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,应用一般资料问卷、慢性病自我效能感量表、心理弹性量表、起搏器生存质量测定量表对在郑州市某3所三级甲等医院心内科进行永久性心脏起搏器程控的262例病人进行问卷调查,通过SPSS 21.0和AMOS 22.0对数据进行分析。结果:植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量总分为(111.13±16.63)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,自我效能感、心理弹性、文化程度是植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量的影响因素,可解释总变异的53.7%;其中自我效能感、文化程度对植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量既有直接影响又有间接影响,心理弹性对植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量有直接影响。结论:植入永久性心脏起搏器病人生活质量处于中等水平,自我效能感、心理弹性、文化程度是影响病人生活质量的主要因素。

Path analysis of impacts of quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemaker

Objective:To explore the influences of self-efficacy and resilience on the quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemaker,and to analyze the impact path of quality of life.Methods:Using the method of cross-sectional survey,a total of 262 patients implanted with permanent pacemaker in the cardiology department of three third-class A level hospitals in Zhengzhou were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scales,Connor-Davidson Resilience scale,and Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Pacemaker.The data were analyzed through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 software.Results:The total score of quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemaker was(111.13±16.63).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that self-efficacy,resilience and educational level were the influencing factors of quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemaker,which could explain 53.7%of the total variation.Among them,self-efficacy and educational level had both direct and indirect impacts on the quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemakers,and resilience had a direct impact on the quality of life in patients.Conclusions:The quality of life in patients implanted with permanent pacemaker is at a medium level.Self-efficacy,resilience,and educational level are the main factors that affect the quality of life of patients.
