双模块匹配护理管理在妊娠期糖尿病病人中的应用研究

目的:观察双模块匹配护理管理在妊娠期糖尿病病人中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年2月—2019年3月于某院建立围产档案并拟于医院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇88例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各44例。对照组按常规产前保健管理服务,试验组接受双模块匹配护理管理。统计比较两组孕妇分娩前空腹血糖检测结果、分娩前体重控制达标率。生产后对两组孕妇母婴结局进行评价比较,包括胎膜早破率、巨大儿率、胎儿窘迫率、剖宫产率及产后出血率。结果:试验组病人分娩前空腹血糖明显低于对照组,孕期体重控制达标率明显高于对照组,胎膜早破率、巨大儿率、胎儿窘迫率、剖宫产率及产后出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用双模块匹配护理管理对妊娠期糖尿病病人施加干预,可获得较好的血糖与体重控制效果,改善母婴结局。

Application of dual-module matching nursing management in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective:To observe the effect of dual-module matching nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 88 pregnant women with GDM who had established perinatal archives in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study samples.By random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,44 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine prenatal care management services,and the patients in experimental group received dual-module matching nursing management.The fasting blood glucose test results and weight control compliance rate were compared before delivery between the two groups.After delivery,the maternal and infant outcomes in the two groups were evaluated and compared,including the rate of premature rupture of membranes,the rate of giant infants,the rate of fetal distress,the rate of cesarean section and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage.Results:Fasting blood glucose before delivery in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,the rate of weight control compliance during pregnancy was significantly higher than that in control group,and the rate of giant infants,the rate of fetal distress,the rate of cesarean section and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of dual-module matching nursing management in GDM patients can achieve better results in blood glucose and weight control and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
