体外反搏联合五行音乐疗法对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁病人的疗效观察

目的:观察体外反搏联合五行音乐疗法对冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁病人的疗效。方法:将2018年11月—2019年11月接受体外反搏治疗的76例冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁病人随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,对照组给予常规增强型体外反搏规范操作,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用五行音乐疗法。护理前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组病人心理状况,比较两组病人治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果:观察组病人护理满意度、治疗依从性高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组病人护理后SAS和SDS评分降低且低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病伴随焦虑、抑郁病人给予体外反搏联合五行音乐疗法,能够改善病人心理状态,提高病人护理满意度、依从性。

Effect of external counterpulsation and Wuxing music therapy on coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression

Objective:To observe the effect of external counterpulsation and Wuxing(five elements)music therapy on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods:Seventy-six CHD patients with anxiety and depression who underwent external counterpulsation from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The patients in control group were treated with routine enhanced external counterpulsation.The patients in observation group were treated with Wuxing music therapy on the basis of routine enhanced external counterpulsation.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to assess the psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results:The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:External counterpulsation and Wuxing music therapy can ameliorate the patient′s mental state,and improve nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in CHD patients with anxiety and depression.
