山西省汾阳市中学生高血压患病相关因素的城乡对比分析

目的:调查山西省汾阳市中学生高血压的患病情况,并分析城镇与农村中学生高血压影响因素的差别,为汾阳市中学生高血压预防提供一定的依据。方法:随机选取山西省汾阳市7446名高中生作为研究对象,采用Logistic回归分析法分析山西省汾阳市城镇与农村中学生高血压的影响因素,并进行对比研究。结果:7446名中学生的高血压患病率为1.97%,城镇与农村中学生高血压患病率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.326,P=0.617)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:山西省汾阳市城镇与农村中学生高血压患病的共同影响因素为体质指数、中心性肥胖、膳食知识水平、咸的零食的食用情况、水果的食用情况、酒精摄入量、运动锻炼、预防保健。结论:应根据山西省汾阳市城镇与农村中学生高血压患病的共同影响因素采取各种防治策略,以降低中学生高血压的患病率。

A comparative analysis of hypertension related factors of middle school students between urban and rural areas in Fenyang City,Shanxi Province

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in middle school students in Fenyang city,Shanxi province,and analyze the difference of influencing factors of hypertension between urban and rural middle school students,so as to provide some basis for the prevention of hypertension in middle school students in Fenyang city.Methods:A total of 7446 senior high school students in Fenyang city,Shanxi province were randomly selected as the research objects.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension between urban and rural middle school students in Fenyang city,Shanxi province,and a comparative study was conducted.Results:The hypertension prevalence of 7446 middle school students was 1.97%,to compare with there was no statistically significant difference in the hypertension prevalence between Urban and rural middle school students(χ2=0.326,P=0.617).Logistic regression analysis showed that the common influencing factors of hypertension in urban and rural middle school students in Fenyang city,Shanxi province were body mass index,central obesity,dietary knowledge level,consumption of salty snacks,consumption of fruits,alcohol intake,exercise and prevention and health care.Conclusions:In order to reduce the hypertension prevalence among middle school students,various prevention strategies should be adopted according to the common influencing factors of hypertension among urban and rural middle school students in Fenyang city,Shanxi province.
