肾移植术后病人自我感受负担现状及影响因素分析

目的:了解肾移植术后病人的自我感受负担现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、心理痛苦温度计、自我感受负担量表对102例肾移植术后病人进行现状调查。结果:肾移植术后病人的自我感受负担得分为(31.92±4.68)分,负担较重。病人职业状况、收入状况、透析时间、心理状况、照顾者职业状况是病人自我感受负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:肾移植术后病人的负担较重,应重视肾移植术后病人的自我感受负担,落实人文关怀理念,提高病人的生存质量。

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in patients after kidney transplantation

Objective:To investigate the status quo of self-perceived burden(SPB)in patients after kidney transplantation,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 102 patients after kidney transplantation were investigated by general information questionnaire,Distress Thermometer(DT),and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS).Results:The score of self-perceived burden in patients after kidney transplantation was(31.92±4.68),which was a heavier burden.The patient′s occupational status,income status,dialysis time,psychological status,and caregiver′s occupational status were the influencing factors of the patient′s self-perceived burden(P<0.05).Conclusions:The burden of patients after kidney transplantation is heavier.We should pay attention to the self-perceived burden of patients after kidney transplantation,implement the concept of humanistic care,and improve the quality of life of patients.
