摘    要:目的:对中文版护生压力指数量表(SNSI-CHI)和中文版护生压力量表(SINS-CN)两个量表在护理专业学生(护生)中应用的一致性进行评价研究,为研究者选用恰当的量表提供帮助。方法:采用随机抽样的方法于2018年6月—2018年10月选取河南省两所医学院校本科护理专业一年级至四年级学生共900人,对其进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果:SNSI-CHI和SINS-CN总分分别为(67.48±12.88)分和(88.95±15.92)分;两量表的总分及各维度得分间的Partial偏相关系数为0.229~0.855(均P<0.01);Bland-Altman差值和比值分析得到在95%一致性界限外点的比率分别为3%和4%,表明两者的一致性较好。结论:SNSI-CHI和SINS-CN在评估护生压力状况中可以相互代替,研究者可根据两者特点以及研究的实际情况选择最恰当的量表。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the consistency of the Chinese version of the Student Nurse Stress Index(SNSI-CHI)and the Chinese version of the Stress in Nursing Students(SINS-CN)in nursing student,so as to provide reference and guidance for researchers to choose the appropriate scale.Methods:A total of 900 undergraduate nursing students from Grade one to Grade four in two medical colleges in Henan Province were selected by random sampling method from June 2018 to October 2018.A questionnaire survey was conducted among them,and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:The total scores of SNSI-CHI and SIN-CN were(67.48±12.88)and(88.95±15.92),respectively.The total score of the two scales and the score of each dimension were 0.229~0.855(all P<0.01).The difference analysis and ratio analysis of Bland-Altman showed a good consistency of the two scales,with 3%and 4%of the points outside the 95%CI boundaries,separately.Conclusions:SNSI-CHI and SIN-CN can be substituted for each other in the assessment of the pressure status of nursing students,and researchers can choose the most appropriate scale according to their characteristics and the actual situation of the study.
