肿瘤科护士职业召唤、职业认同及留职意愿的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:了解肿瘤科护士的职业召唤、职业认同及留职意愿的现状,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:便利选取河南省某三级甲等综合医院肿瘤科护士180人为研究对象,采用职业召唤量表、护士职业认同量表和护士留职意愿量表进行调查。结果:肿瘤科护士留职意愿总均分为(3.30±0.62)分,职业召唤总均分为(3.23±0.71)分,职业认同总均分为(3.36±0.54)分。肿瘤科护士留职意愿与职业召唤、职业认同均呈正相关(r值分别为0.831,0.743,P均<0.01)。结论:肿瘤科护士职业召唤、职业认同和留职意愿有待提高,职业召唤、职业认同等是影响肿瘤科护士留职意愿的重要因素。护理管理者应建立完善相关激励机制及培训制度,激发肿瘤科护士的工作热情,增强其职业认同感,从而提高其留职意愿,促进护理队伍的稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the status quo of career calling,professional identity and retention intention in oncology nurses,and to explore the relationship among the three.Methods:A total of 180 nurses in oncology department in third grade A hospital in Henan province were selected as the research objects.The nurses were investigated with Career Calling Scale,Professional Identity Scale and retention intention.Results:The total average score of nurses′retention intention was(3.30±0.62),the total average score of career calling was(3.23±0.71),and the total average score of professional identity was(3.36±0.54).The retention intention of the oncology nurses was positively correlated with the career calling and the occupational identity(r=0.831,r=0.743,P<0.01).Conclusions:Career calling,professional identity and retention intention of oncology nurses need to be improved.The career calling,professional identity were important factors affecting the retention intention of oncology nurses.Nursing managers should establish and improve the relevant incentive mechanism and training system,stimulate the work enthusiasm of oncology nurses,enhance their professional identity,so as to improve their retention intention and promote the stability of nursing team.
