SPOC混合式教学模式在《儿科护理学》中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:构建《儿科护理学》小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)教学平台,尝试将SPOC的混合式教学模式应用于《儿科护理学》教学中,并探讨其应用效果。方法:选取天津中医药大学护理学院2015级普通护理专业方向168名学生作为研究对象。观察组(n=85人)采用SPOC混合式教学法;对照组(n=83人)采用传统教学法授课。对两组学生单元测试成绩、期末理论考试成绩及教学满意度进行比较。结果:两组学生单元测试成绩、期末理论成绩比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组;观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SPOC混合式教学模式优化了课程资源,提高了教学效率。

Application of SPOC blended teaching model in teaching of"pediatric nursing"

Abstract:Objective:To construct the SPOC(small private online course)teaching platform and attempt the SPOC blended teaching model for teaching of Pediatric Nursing and to explore the effects.Methods:A total of 168 nursing specialty students in our college were selected and divided into two groups.85 students in observation group adopted SPOC blended teaching method,another 83 students in control group adopted the traditional teaching model.The two groups of students′unit test score,final theoretical test score and teaching satisfaction rate were compared.Results:The two groups of students had significant differences in unit test score and final theoretical score statistically(P<0.05),the results in observation group were better than those in control group;the teaching satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The SPOC blended teaching model could optimize the curriculum resources and improve teaching efficiency.
