新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击与工作适应障碍及应对方式的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:了解新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击现状,并探讨与工作适应障碍及应对方式的相关性。方法:分别用自行设计的一般情况问卷、新护士转型冲击评价量表(TSNGNS)、工作适应障碍量表(Wa)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对郑州市某三级甲等综合医院新入职的49名硕士学历护士进行问卷调查。结果:新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击得分为(87.96±6.72)分,得分率为65.15%,处于中等偏上水平;各维度得分率为44.36%~79.10%;工作适应障碍分值高于国内常模(P<0.001),积极应对低于常模(P>0.05),消极应对分值低于常模(P<0.001);转型冲击总分以及4个维度均与工作适应障碍、消极应对呈正相关,与积极应对呈负相关。结论:医院管理者应采取适当措施,改善工作环境降低适应障碍水平,引导其采取积极应对的方式,减轻新入职硕士学历护士的转型冲击水平,较快地完成角色转换。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the status quo of transition shock of newly recruited nurses with master degree,and investigate the correlation with work adjustment disorder and coping styles.Methods:The self-designed demographic information questionnaire,the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale(TSNGNS),the Work Attitude Scale(Wa)and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were conducted to survey the newly recruited nurses with master degree in a third-level A class general hospital in Zhengzhou.Results:The total score of transition shock of newly recruited nurses was(87.96±6.72),with a scoring average of 65.15%,which was in the upper middle level,and the scoring rate of each dimension was 44.36%to 79.10%.The score of work adjustment disorder was higher than the model(P<0.001).The score of active coping was lower than the model(P>0.05),and the score of the negative coping was lower than the model(P<0.001).The total score of transformation shock and the four dimensions were positively correlated with work adjustment disorder and negative coping,and negatively correlated with positive coping.Conclusions:Hospital administrators should take appropriate measures to improve the working environment,reduce the level of work adjustment disorder,and guide them to adopt a positive approach to reduce the impact of the transformation of newly recruited nurses with master degree,so as to quickly complete the role transformation.
