眼科小儿门诊护理管理工作中人性化护理的应用

目的：研究人性化护理在眼科小儿门诊护理管理工作中的实际应用效果。方法：于本院眼科小儿门诊2021年1月份至2022年1月份收治的患儿中选出74例,依据不同护理方法分为观察组(人性化护理)与对照组(常规护理),对两组患儿的护理满意率、护理质量评分、负性心理评分进行比较。结果：观察组与对照组患儿家属护理满意率各为94.60%、78.38%,护理质量评分观察组偏高,负性心理评分观察组偏低,组间比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：人性化护理在眼科小儿门诊护理管理中的效果较好,有利于优化护理质量,舒缓负性心理,改善护患关系。对此,此种护理模式可适当扩大应用范围。

The application of humanized nursing in the management of ophthalmic pediatric outpatient care

Objective: To study the practical application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing management of ophthalmology pediatric outpatient clinic. Methods: Seventy-four children were selected from the pediatric eye clinic of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022, and they were divided into observation group (humanized nursing) and control group (routine nursing) according to different nursing methods. The nursing satisfaction rate, nursing quality score and negative psychological score of the children in the groups were compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction rates of the families of the children in the observation group and the control group were 94.60% and 78.38% respectively. The nursing quality score was higher in the observation group and the negative psychological score in the observation group was lower, with statistical significance (P<0.05). . Conclusion: Humanized nursing has a good effect in the nursing management of ophthalmic pediatric outpatients, which is conducive to optimizing the quality of nursing, relieving negative psychology, and improving the relationship between nurses and patients. In this regard, this kind of nursing mode can be appropriately expanded the scope of application.
