应对方式在急性创伤病人领悟社会支持与创伤后成长中的中介作用

目的:探讨应对方式在急性创伤病人领悟社会支持与创伤后成长之间的中介效应。方法:采用横断面调查法,使用一般资料问卷、医学应对问卷、领悟社会支持量表、创伤后成长量表对212例急性创伤病人进行调查。结果:急性创伤病人创伤后成长的总分为(67.18±12.28)分,处于中等水平;不同性别、年龄、文化程度、有无配偶、家庭人均月收入、手术方式及并发症的急性创伤病人创伤后成长得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);领悟社会支持、应对方式中面对维度与创伤后成长呈正相关(r=0.583、0.624,P<0.01);应对方式回避维度、屈服维度与创伤后成长呈负相关(r=-0.382、-0.511,P<0.01);面对应对与回避应对在领悟社会支持和创伤后成长之间存在着部分中介效应为总效应的22.85%和4.85%。结论:病人发生急性创伤后成长处于中等水平,与社会支持的领悟及应对方式的选择密切相关,应对方式在领悟社会支持和创伤后成长之间存在部分中介效应,引导病人采取积极应对方式有利于提高病人创伤后成长。

Mediating effect of coping style on perception of social support and post-traumatic growth in patients with acute trauma

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of coping style on the perception of social support(PSS)and post-traumatic growth(PTG)in patients with acute trauma.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 212 patients with acute trauma using the General Information Questionnaire,Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire(MCMQ),the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS),and Post-traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI).Results:The PTGI total score of patients with acute trauma was(67.18±12.28),which was at the middle level.The significant differences were existing among patients with different gender,age,educational level,marital status,family income per month,surgical methods and complications(P<0.05).The PSS and confront dimensions of coping style were positively correlated with PTG(r=0.583,0.442,P<0.01);the avoidance dimension and yield dimension of coping style were negatively correlated with PTG(r=0.302,-0.314,P<0.01);the confront and avoidance coping style had partial mediating effects between PSS and PTG,accounting for 22.85%and 4.85%of the total effects,respectively.Conclusions:PTG of patients with acute trauma was at a moderate level,which was closely related to PSS and coping style.Coping style played a mediating role between PSS and PTG.Guiding patients to adopt a positive coping style was conducive to improving their PTG.
