摘    要:目的:探讨经颅磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)在脑梗死中的应用价值。方法:对105例脑梗死患者进行检查。结果:患者瘫痪侧上肢MEP潜伏期和中枢运动传导时间与健侧比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。MEP异常程度和临床症状呈正相关,且与治疗效果比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:MEP反映中枢运动传导通路受损情况,对预测其预后亦有帮助。

A study of motor evoked potentials by magnetic stimulation in patients with cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective: To explore the practicable value of Motor Evoked Potentials (MEP)in the cerebral infarcion Patients. Methods: 105 Patients with cerebral infarction were examined by motor evoked potentials of magnetic stimulation. Results: The two indices of MEP including incubation period and CMCT of paralytic side and well-being side of the upper extremities have great significant different(P<0.01). The abnormality of MEP and clinical symptom are positive correlation. The abnormality of MEP and therapeutic result have significant different(P<0.01). Conclusion: Early performed transcranial magnetic stimulation reflect the motor passage impairment and a valuable prognostic index of the clinical recovery.
