| 摘 要： | 同种移植排斥至今仍是器官移植后一个尚未完全解决的难题，也是移植失败的主要原因，。近年来，许多学者研究证实：细胞粘附分子在肝脏同种移植排斥反应中起到至关重要的作用。综述了细胞粘附分子的生物学特点，在肝脏移植排斥反应中的诱导和表达及其在诊断和治疗中的研究进展。
