| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫法测定５１例正常小儿，５４例支气管肺炎患儿和２０例支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿血清内源性洋地黄样因子（ＳＥＤＦ）浓度。结果支气管肺炎组ＳＥＤＦ高于正常对照组，支气管肺炎组５４例患儿中１４例恢复期其ＳＥＤＦ浓度较急性期下降。且ＳＥＤＦ浓度和青紫成正相关。

| Abstract: | Endogenous digitalis like factor (EDF) is an endogenous substance which has digitalis like biological activity Via radioreceptor assay,the concentrations of serum EDF (SEDF) were measured in 51 normal children and 54 children with bronchopneumonia or 20 children with bronchopneumonia complicating heart failure to search for the changes among them The results showed that the mean concentration of SEDF in children with bronchopneumonia was significantly higher than that in normal control group ( P <0 05),when the children recovered,the mean concentration of SEDF consequently decreased ( P <0 05) And concentrations of SEDF positively correlated with cyanosis ( r =0 367, P <0 05) It indicated that hypoxaemia may be stimulate for releasing of EDF Our study also showed that the mean concentration of SEDF in children with bronchopneumonia complicating heart failure was significantly lower than that in bronchopneumonia group |
