| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)对原发性肝癌(PHC)的诊断价值.方法:对70例慢性肝病患者及17例正常对照者血清进行检测,并按临床诊断或病理诊断分组,其中慢性病毒性肝炎20例,肝炎后肝硬化20例,PHC 30例.分别用酶联免疫法检测血清BMP2,用放射免疫法测定血清甲胎蛋白(AFP),结果:肝癌组患者血清BMP2较正常对照组、肝炎组、肝硬化组降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);BMP2诊断PHC的敏感性是90%,特异性是100%,准确率是96.55%;BMP2诊断PHC的敏感性高于AFP(x2=22.78,P=0.001).结论:血清BMP2对PHC的诊断具有一定的价值. |
