远程胎儿监护82例临床分析

目的 :远程胎儿监护是近年发展迅速的一种新型的围产期胎儿监护技术 ,其优越之处在于能使高危孕妇在院外得到良好的实时胎儿监护。方法 :取 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 2 0 0 3年 8月在产科进行远程胎儿监护的具有高危因素的孕妇 82例作为观察组。随机抽取同期孕周、年龄、胎位等情况可比 ,未进行远程监护的高危妊娠孕妇 10 1例为对照组 ,评价远程监护在高危妊娠监测中的临床意义。结果 :远程监护组 NST异常检出率为 56.8% ,对照组为 3 3 .6% (P<0 .0 5) ;实验组新生儿窒息率为 4.9% ,对照组为 13 .9% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :研究表明 ,远程监护既便于孕妇在家中得到高质监护 ,又便于产科医务人员及时发现异常 ,可显著提高宫内诊断水平 ,降低新生儿患病率 ,是一项值得推广的技术
