妊娠合并尖锐湿疣46例临床分析

目的　探讨妊娠期尖锐湿疣的特点、疗效及对妊娠结局、新生儿的影响。方法　对妊娠期尖锐湿疣 46例(观察组 )和非妊娠期尖锐湿疣 46例 (对照组 )进行对比、回顾分析。结果　观察组疣体直径≥ 0 .5cm ,个数≥ 10个、分布部位≥ 3处者明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阴道霉菌感染明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但革兰阴性双球菌明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ;观察组中终止妊娠的 1次治愈率明显高于继续妊娠者 (P <0 .0 5 )。终止妊娠者与对照组 1次治愈率比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。妊娠合并尖锐湿疣足月分娩其妊娠结局、新生儿情况良好。结论　妊娠合并尖锐湿疣具有疣体大、数目多和分布广的特点 ,终止妊娠可提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率 ,尖锐湿疣对妊娠结局、新生儿无明显影响。

Clinical Analysis of 46 Pregnancy with Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To study the characters of condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy,the efficiency of treatment and effect on outcome of pregnancy and neonates.Methods Retrospective analysis of 46 pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum(observing group) and 46 non-pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum(control group).Results The diameter≥0.5cm,number≥10,and focus≥3 of condyloma acuminatum in the observing group was respectively higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Fungi infection in vagina was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05) ,but gram negative cocci was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The efficiency of the first treatment with laser in the observing group with terminal of pregnancy was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The efficiency of the first treatment with laser had no significant difference between terminal of pregnancy and controll group (P>0.05).The outcome of pregnancy and conditions of neonates were good in the term delivery of pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum.Conclusion Pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum has characters of large verruca,greatness of quantity and wide distribution.Terminal of pregnancy could improve the efficiency of treatment of condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy with laser,the condyloma acuminatum has no significant effect on outcome of pregnancy and conditions of neonates.
