太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒降血脂的实验研究

目的:观察探讨太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒降血脂与护肝作用,为其开发研究提供实验依据。方法:采用高脂饮食制备高血脂症模型,将70只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,普通黄酒对照组,太旨黄纯药物组,太旨黄低、中、高剂量组7组,每组10只。分别给予相应药物灌胃,每天1次,连续14d。酶比色法检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平。肝脏HE染色,观察肝细胞脂肪变性、炎症活动程度。结果:与模型对照组比较,太旨黄各组各项指标均有极显著性差异(P0.01);与普通黄酒对照组比较,太旨黄各组各项指标均有显著性差异(P0.05,P0.01)。太旨黄各组与模型对照组比较肝细胞脂肪变性及炎症活动皆有明显改善。结论:太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒对高脂血症有一定的治疗作用。

Experimental study on the antihyperlipidemic effect of Taizhihuang Shaoxing special yellow rice wine

Objective: To observe the antihyperlipidemic and liver protective effect of Taizhihuang Shaoxing special yellow rice wine and offer experimental basis for its research and development.Methods: Hyperlipidemic rats induced by fat-rich diet were randomly divided into seven groups of 10 rats each: high,middle and low dose of Taizhihuang groups,Taizhihuang pure drug group,ordinary yellow rice wine control group,model control group,and blank control group.The rats were treated with different medicine according to their weight,1 time/day.After 14 days’ treatment,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were measured by enzyme colorimetric method.Liver biopsy specimens were evaluated for steatosis and inflammation by hematoxylin-eosin(H-E) staining.Results: Compared with model control group,each group of Taizhihuang was significantly different(P<0.01);compared with ordinary yellow rice wine control group,each group of Taizhihuang was significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01);compared with model control group,each group of Taizhihuang can ameliorate the degrees of the hepatic steatosis and inflammatory.Conclusion: Taizhihuang Shaoxing special yellow rice wine has a therapeutic effect to hyperlipidemia.
