庄浪县2006年农民工乙肝血清标志物三系统测定分析

目的：了解我县青壮年乙型肝炎病毒携带及其免疫性抗体（HBsAb）阳性状况。方法：采用乙型肝炎病毒标志物（HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb）检测试剂盒（免疫层析法）,对1731名农民工进行乙肝病毒三系统检测。结果：1731名农民工乙肝病毒血清标志物阳性者为142人,阳性率8.20%,免疫性抗体（HBsAb）阳性者为302人,阳性率17.45%。结论：庄浪地区乙型肝炎病毒的血清标志物阳性率为8.20%,HBsAb阳性率为17.45%,与全国许多地区相比偏低,为了进一步控制乙肝病毒的传播,还需要大力开展乙肝疫苗的注射,提高庄浪地区人群抗乙肝病毒的免疫水平。

HBV marker detection in farmers in Zhuanglang County

Objective:To investigate the sistuation of our county youth and autoimmune hepatitis B virsus positive status.Methods:Adopt the maker of hepatitis B virsus(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb) testing kits(Immunochromatography),Give 1731 migrant workers on athree hepatitis B virus deteition system.Results:There were 142 people who are serum hepatitis B vius position signs among 1731 migrant workers.The rate of positivity was 8.20%.There were 302 people in autoimmune antibodies mmune_positive.The rate of positivity was 17.40%.Conclusion:In Zhuanglong county,the rate of serum hepatits B virus marker is 8.20%.The rate of HbsAb is 17.45%.It is important to popularize the use of HBV vaccine.
