深度水解蛋白配方奶治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效观察

目的 探讨深度水解蛋白配方奶在治疗早产儿喂养不耐受时的临床效果.方法 将2010年3月～2012年1月本院新生儿科收治的184例早产儿发生喂养不耐受的患儿随机分为两组,予深度水解蛋白配方奶喂养的为治疗组,予普通早产儿奶粉喂养的为对照组,观察两组患儿开奶期间胃潴留程度,体重增长情况,达全肠道营养的时间,是否并发坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）以及肠道无菌性血便.结果 与对照组比较,治疗组患儿胃潴留程度明显减轻,体重增长好,达全肠道营养时间缩短,发生NEC及无菌性血便概率降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 深度水解蛋白配方奶在治疗早产儿喂养不耐受时有明显疗效.

Curative effect observation of extensively hydrolyzed protein formula milk treatment premature infants with feeding intolerance

Objective Discuss the clinical effect of extensively hydrolyzed protein formula on treatment feeding intolerance of premature infants. Methods 184 premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted by the department of neonatology of our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 January were randomly divided into two groups. one group with the extensively hydrolyzed protein formula feeding was treatment group, Other group given normal preterm formula feeding was control group. The degree of gastric retention, weight growth, time to reach full enteral nutrition, and whether the occuf＇rence of necrotizing enterocolitis colitis （ NEC） and aseptic bloody stool in intestine, on the two groups of sick infants were observed in the milk period. Results Compared with the control group, The treatment group with the degree of gastric retention reduced significantly, better weight growth, the shorter time to reach full enteral nutrition, the lower probability of occurrence on NEC and aseptic bloody stool. This situation had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Extensively hydrolyzed protein formula milk had obvious curative effect on the treatment of premature infants with feeding intolerance.
