胰岛素样生长因子-1在大鼠脑内的分布及禁食对其表达的影响

目的：观察大鼠脑内胰岛素样生长闪子-1（IGF-1）的分布，探讨禁食对大鼠脑IGF-1表达的影响。方法：大鼠分为对照组、禁食24h组和禁食72h组，SABC法免疫组织化学染色显示IGF-1免疫反应细胞。结果：IGF-1免疫反应细胞广泛分布于嗅球、大脑、小脑、下丘脑、中脑、延髓等部位。禁食组大鼠乳头体外侧核、嗅内皮质IGF-1表达水平减弱，海马下托和枕皮质IGF-1表达增强。禁食24h组和禁食72h组，脑内IGF-1表达无明显差异。结论：IGF-1在脑内广泛分布，禁食可改变某些脑区IGF-1的表达水平。

Distribution of insulin-like growth factor-1 in rat brain and effects of fasting on its expression

Objective: To observe the distribution of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in rat brain and investigate the effects of fasting on its expression.Methods: Fifteen adult SD male rats were divided into 3 groups: control group,24()h fasting group, and 72()h fasting group.SABC immunohistochemical staining technique was used.Results: IGF-1 immunoreactive cells were distributed extensively in the olfactory bulb,telencephalon,cerebellar cortex,hypothalamus, midbrain,spinal cord and so on.There was no significant difference in the expression of IGF-1 in brains between 24()h fasting group and 72()h fasting group.In fasting rats IGF-1 expression was lower in lateral mammillary nucleus and entorhinal cortex and higher in subiculum and occipital cortex than those in control group.Conclusion: The distribution of IGF-1 in brain is extensive and fasting can change expression of IGF-1 in some areas of brain.
