| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医院抗感染药物的应用情况.方法 统计中国人民解放军总医院第二临床药局2004-2006年抗感染药物消耗金额排序前20位以及按类别进行汇总后消耗金额的排序.结果 抗感染药物的消耗金额2004-2006年分别为1 241.66,1 206.23,1 362.53万元,3年消耗金额位于前3位的为头孢菌素类、碳青霉烯类、青霉素类抗生素.结论 该院抗感染药物的临床应用基本安全、有效、合理,但同时应注意避免滥用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization status of antimicrobials in the hospital. Methods To conduct comprehensive study on the data of antibiotic drugs purchased by the Second Pharmacy in General Hospital of PLA from 2004 to 2006 by ranking of sum of money. Results The consumption of antimicrobials in 2003, 2004, 2005 was 12.416 6, 12.062 3, 13. 625 3 million yuan respectively. Cephalosporin, carbapenem, penicillins antibiotics were the top 3 kinds of antimicrobial agents. Conclusion The utilization of antibiotic drugs is basically reasonable, nevertheless, the attention should be paid to those broad-spectrum, strong effective and new antibiotic drugs with unreasonable utilization phenomenon. |
