| 摘 要： | 目的探讨功能性消化不良最佳中医治疗方药。方法对有关报道2118例功能性消化不良患者的临床治疗特点进行回顾性比较分析。结果按中医辨证分型，功能性消化不良以气滞型为最(38％)，虚寒型次之(36％)。胃镜及病理检查，85.9％有慢性浅表性胃炎。显效方药治疗气滞型方以四逆散为主加味，虚寒型方以六君子汤为主。结论应用疏肝健脾方剂的药理学基础，用四逆散合六君子汤为基本方治疗功能性消化不良，效果较好，复发率明显下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Study the best formula and drug for treating functional dyspepsia by TCM.Methods:The retrospective comparison and analysis of therapeutic characteristics was selected in 2 118 patients with reports.Results:According to TCM theory the functional dyspepsia due to stagnation of Qi type made up 38% of the total and ranked first,due to cold of insufficiency type made up 36%. According to gastroscopy and biopsy,85.9% of patients suffered from chronic superficial gastritis.The best formula for treating the functional dyspepsia due to stagnation of Qi type was modified Sini San,and the cold of insufficiency type was modified Liu Junzi Tang.Conclusion:Invigorating the spleen and relieving depression of the liver Qi is a better method for treating the functional dyspepsia,Sini San with Liu Junzi Tang can decrease the recurence rate of this disease obviously. |
