海门市1972-2006年法定传染病发病趋势分析

目的 探讨海门市传染病的流行趋势.方法 根据海门市1972～2006年法定传染病报告资料进行流行特点分析.结果 海门市35年14种法定传染病共报告137 111例,年平均发病率为391.50/10万,共出现5次流行高峰,分别为1974年、1978年、1982年、1988年、1993年.自1989年起总发病率呈波浪式大幅度下降趋势,1994年后尤为显著.35年来传染病谱发生显著改变,虫媒传染病和计免相关传染病显著减少,肝炎一直是上世纪八九十年代的首位传染病,从2001年起肺结核列首位传染病,性病发病率近年来明显上升.结论 肺结核、肠道传染病、性病是今后防治的重点.

Prevalent trend of legal infectious diseases in Haimen city in the period of 1972～2006

Objective To analyze the prevalent trend of infectious diseases in Haimen city in 1972 - 2006. Methods The prevalent status of legal infectious diseases in Haimen City from 1972 to 2006 was analyzed. Results There 137111 cases of the legal infectious diseases were reported in the past 35 years, and the average annual incidence was 391.50/100000. The incidence showed five peaks in 1974, 1978, 1982, 1988, 1993, being highest in 1988 with an incidence of 1308,46/100000. The trend of incidence dropped dramatically since 1989. The composition of infectious disease apparently changed and arbobem infectious diseases and vaccination associated diseases wree markedly reduced. Hepatitis ranked the first of the infectious diseases from 1980 to 2000, and now pulmonary tuberculosis was on the top of infectious diseases since 2001. The incidence of STD was increasing dramatically in recent years. Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis, intestinal infectious diseases and STD are the target diseases to be controlled in the future.
