| 摘 要： | 本文概述了免疫球蛋白超家族血管细胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）的结构、表达和调节。主要阐述VCAM-1、ICAM-1参与嗜酸粒细胞（EOS）、淋巴细胞等炎症细胞的黏附、迁移过程，参与机体的免疫应答和气道重构过程，探讨支气管哮喘（哮喘）的发病机制。

| Abstract: | To summarize the structure,expression and modulation of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule- 1(ICAM-1) which belong to immunoglobulin superfamily.To explore the mechanism in asthma by which VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 mediate inflammatory cell adhesion and recruitment,such as eosinophils and lymphocytes.Moreover,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 are also concerned with immune response and airway remodelling. |
