中西医结合治疗呼吸道感染50例疗效分析

将100例呼吸道感染患儿分为2组,治疗组用清开灵配伍抗生素治疗50例,对照组选择病毒唑配伍抗生素治疗50例。两组患儿比较,治疗组有效率98％,对照组有效率90％,明显优于对照组,尤其在退热方面有非常显著差异,且无明显副作用,是临床上值得推广的药物。

Effectiveness of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western in Treating Respiratory Tract Infection

There were two groups in this study: the treatment group and the controlgroup, each has 50 children with respiratory tract infection. The former group was treated with Qingkailing in combination with antibiotics, and the latter group was given vira-zole in combination with antibiotics.The effective rate was 98% and 90% ;respectively.The former therapy was significantly better than the latter therapy, especially there wasa signifcant difference in abatement of fever between the groups, and no significant side- effects were observed. This study suggests that the first therapy is convenient, and deserves to be widely used in clinic.
