哈萨克民间用药新疆虫草和冬虫夏草的生药学研究

目的:对新疆虫草和冬虫夏草的生药学特征进行研究.方法:对新疆虫草和冬虫夏草的性状、显微特征与薄层色谱进行实验观察.结果:冬虫夏草表皮细胞含有毛,而新疆虫草不含有毛,其他菌丝体组织、气门,油滴、子座横切面子囊壳形状完全与冬虫夏草亦不一致.薄层色谱分析结果表明两者均含有腺苷成分.结论:实验结果将为新疆虫草和冬虫夏草的鉴定和区别提供科学依据.

Pharmacognostic Investigation of the Traditional Kazakh medicine Cordyceps gracilis (Grav.) Dur.and Cordyceps sinensis (BerK.) Sacc.

Objective: To study the pharmacognostic characteristics of Cordyceps gracilis(Grav.) Dur.and Cordyceps sinensis(BerK.) Sacc..Method: Investigations on the morphology,microscopical characters and thin layer chromatography of Cordyceps gracilis(Grav.)Dur.and Cordyceps sinensis(BerK.)Sacc.were carried out.Results: Trichomes on the epidermal cells of Cordyceps sinensis(BerK.) Sacc.were observed,while no trichomes on Cordyceps gracilis(Grav.) Dur.was observed.Other tissues such as stomata,mycelia,oil droplets and the shapes of perithecium of Cordyceps gracilis(Grav.) Dur.are also different from those of Cordyceps sinensis(BerK.) Sacc..The result of thin layer chromatography indicates that both of the two species are found to contain adenosine.Conclusion: the results provide scientific basis for the identification and comparision of Cordyceps gracilis(Grav.) Dur.from Cordyceps sinensis(BerK.) Sacc.
