肾移植术后性功能及生育能力的调查

本文对肾移植存活３年以上的已婚患者１００例，进行性功能及生育能力调查，结果表明：移植术后患者性功能恢复的比例较高（６０．９４％）。综合多项因素，我们认为成功移植患者开始正常的性生活应在移植术后肾功能正常３月以上。妊娠易导致肾功能恶化及排异。成功的妊娠在移植术后肾功能恢复正常状态后的第２～３年为最多。一旦妊娠，必须严密监护。

INVESTIGATION OF SEXUAL FUNCTION AND FERTILITY ON RENAL TRANSPLANT RECIPIENTS

The rehabilitation of sexual function and fertility of 100 married kidney transplant recipients(ranging 26-45 years old),who had a normal functioning graft for at least 3 years,were invetigated. The result indicated that the rate of the rehabilitation of the sexual function and fertility was high(60.94%). It was suggested that successful transplant recipients'beginning with sexual life might be 3months later after transplantations.If pregnancy,it was easy to lead deterioration of graft function and rejection in women on renal replacement therapy.Most of successufl pregnancy often occurred 2 or 3 years later after graft function was normal.If pregnancy, close monitoring must be given.
