Addison病24例临床分析

本文对我院1978～1983年收治的24例 Addison 病进行了回顾性分析。对病因、诊断、治疗等问题进行了讨论。认为:对临床症状典型的病例,可采用单纯水试验作为本病的辅助诊断。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS FOR ADDISON''''S,DISEASE IN TWENTY TWO PATIENTS

In this article,24 patlents with Addison's disease(hypoadrenalism)admitted in 1978-1983 were analyzed.They were 9 male and 15 female,aged from 19 to 64.The course of the disease differs from 1~+ month to 14 years.The pathogenesis belonged to autoimmune disease account for 72.7%. The mainly clinical manifestations were mucocutaneous pigmentation,fatigue, and digestive disturbances. Laboratory findings:ACTH-exciting test indicated reduced reserve funetion of adrenal.The fast blood sugar levels showed 4.46mmol/L in 20 of 22 patients, and oral glucose tolerance levels were downward in 15cases.In 12 of 22 patients the positive rate on the simple water test was up to 91.7%.T_3 and T_4 determined for thyroid gland function were normal in 14cases.The serum Na~+,K~+,and Cl~- levels showed in normal limit except for Na~+/K~+<30 in 3. The responses to glucose corticosteroids are all satisfying.Having discussed concerning the pathogenesis,clinical features,laboratory findings and treatment, we recommanded that the simple water test is a suitable,method for diagnosis of Addison's disease in primary clinics.
