心内科住院患者存在安全隐患的原因分析及干预对策

目的探讨心内科住院患者存在安全隐患的原因并提出干预对策,以确保患者住院期间的安全。方法综合分析、判断心脏病患者住院期间的安全隐患问题及发生原因,制定针对性控制措施进行干预,包括:(1)建立预警监护;(2)再造监护流程,把握关键环节;(3)加强高危用药监护;(4)加强对患者排便的安全教育及监管;(5)规范批量采集血样流程。结果干预措施可以有效防止意外事件的发生,降低住院患者病死率。结论采用全程安全干预对策,能够有效预防和减少心脏病患者安全问题的发生,避免导致意外事件或纠纷,有助于促进患者身心康复和缩短住院时间。

Causes Analysis of Safety Risks and Intervention Strategy of Cardiological Patients

Objective To investigate the causes of safety risks and intervention strategies in patients of the department of cardiology to ensure the safety of patients during the hospital stay.Methods The possible risks and causes of cardiac patients during the hospital stay were analyzed comprehensively and the forward control strategies were intervened concerning ：（1）establishing prewarning monitor;（2）remaking the care procedure and keep control the key point;（3）strengthening monitor medication of the high risk patients;（4）enhancing safety education and management of defecation;（5）standardizing the procedure of batch blood sample collection.Results The intervention could prevent medical accident effectively and reduce the mortality of cardiac inpatients significantly.Conclusion The whole range safety risk intervention strategies can prevent and reduce the incidence of safety risks effectively and avoid accident or disputes which helps promote psychosomatic rehabilitation and reduce hospital stay.
